A powerful wind storm that occurred before the rainfall on
Thursday (yesterday) last night causes more harm to
some physically challenged people at an Orphanage
complex in Minna, Niger state... The victims were taken to a hospital by officials of the
National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Niger State Chapter last night.
